   David Breon, president of the Benner Township Board of Supervisors, said the township is trying to address all concerns, including possible environmental impacts and establishing liability, before it gives the final go-ahead.

   Benner Township pays for fire coverage from Bellefonte, Pleasant Gap and Alpha volunteer fire companies, and Supervisor Dave Breon said this was the first year he's been given the opportunity to look into fire budgets to see where his payments are going.
