   Mike Brent - Director of Client Services & Merchandising
   
   The 2005 season will be Mike's fifth with the Scrappers and third as the Director of Client Services. Mike spent the prior two seasons in the ticket department.
   
   Mike is responsible for creating each sales proposal, contract and follow-up brochure produced by the Scrappers. He also oversees the implementation of the various sponsorship packages and makes sure each item is completed. In addition to his client services role, Mike also works on the layout of various Scrappers marketing materials and is in charge of the Scrappers merchandise operation.
   
   A Struthers native, Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Youngstown State University. He currently resides in Boardman.
