BrennerExecutive Vice PresidentMr. Brenner joined the Company in August 2000 as Executive Vice President.Mr. Brenner has an extensive 18-year history in the telecommunications industry.From September 1997 to recently Mr. Brenner conceived , built and managed the GTE Wireless WIN4 business.This one of a kind worldwide patent pending business is providing critical services for telematics ( OnStar ) ; telemetry , transportation and other applications requiring true nationwide wireless footprint.From its launch in April 1999 WIN4 has grown to over 400 thousand subscribers in fourteen months with a forecasted 600 % growth in 2000.Because of this achievement with WIN4 , Mr. Brenner received GTE's highest recognition awards , the Chairman's Gold Team Leadership Award and the GTE Leslie H. Warner Technical Achievement Award.Prior to September 1997 , Mr. Brenner held various leadership positions.This included development and deployment of Cellular Digital Packet Data ( CDPD ) , the first international wireless digital Internet network.Establishment and Chairman of the international CDPD Service Provider Corporation that manages 9 million Internet addresses.Mr. Brenner was also a leader of the development and launch of the multi-carrier national cellular network used by United Parcel Service.
