   Email RickRick Brenner is President of Bowling Green Pro Baseball.2008 marks Rick's second season as Fisher Cats President and General Manager and his 15th year in Minor League Baseball.
   
   Since Rick took over the operation in 2007, the Fisher Cats have supported more than 800 charitable organizations in and around New Hampshire, with over $475,000 raised through Fisher Cat fundraising.In 2007 & 2008, the Annual Granite State Baseball Dinner has seen attendance rise to upwards of 900 people, and raised over $200,000 for the Fisher Cats Foundation & the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD).In 2007, the Fisher Cats also saw a 23% increase in attendance at Merchantsauto.com Stadium.
   
   Rick spent three seasons as the Eastern League Vice President and six seasons as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Trenton Thunder, the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, and previously, the Boston Red Sox.
   
   Under Brenner's leadership, the Trenton Thunder became the first Double-A team in minor league baseball history to draw 400,000 fans for eleven consecutive seasons.
   
   In 2003, Rick was named the Eastern League's Executive of the Year and the Thunder was awarded the coveted Larry MacPhail Trophy for Minor League baseball's top promotional/community effort.
   
   In 2005, his last year as General Manager of the Trenton Thunder, his organization was awarded the prestigious John H. Johnson President's trophy as the nation's best baseball franchise.
   
   Rick currently resides in Amherst, NH.

   "These five players have been major contributors on the field, and they have also served as tremendous role models to our fans," said Fisher Cats President/General Manager Rick Brenner."We congratulate them on this achievement and know they will represent the Fisher Cats organization well as Northern Division All-Stars."Cosby, 26, is batting .307 with six home runs and 33 RBI.He batted .322 in June and led the Fisher Cats with 12 doubles and 24 RBI during the month.Cosby was a 10th round draft pick by the Blue Jays in 1999.Diaz, 23, leads all Eastern League catchers with a .321 AVG.He leads the Fisher Cats in hits (81) and is the toughest Fisher Cat to strike out (only 14 K in 252 AB).He will also represent the Blue Jays in the Major League Baseball All-Star Futures Game this Sunday at AT &T Park in San Francisco as a member of the World Team.Diaz was acquired by the Blue Jays as a non-drafted free agent in 2000.
