   Rick Brenner was named president and CEO of Prime Resources Corporation, a promotional products supplier in Bridgeport, Conn. He took over the position from Prime Resources Corp. owner Bob Lederer, who became chairman of the board of directors. Brenner most recently consulted for mid-sized businesses on acquisitions, growth strategy and profit improvement. Prior to that, he served as CEO at Skyline Multimedia, New York City.

   Mr. Brenner has a solid track record of building quality-oriented service businesses for more than 30 years. He founded his first company , US Maintenance Corporation -in 1971, while he was a college student, and grew the company to 1,600 employees before selling it in 1994 to ISS, a $3 billion multinational NYSE firm. Following two years as Group President at ISS, he became Entrepreneur in Residence at Prospect Street, a venture capital fund in New York City where he coached CEOs of the firm's portfolio companies and advised on the firm's investments. From 1998 through 2000, Brenner was CEO of a NASDAQ firm, Skyline Multimedia, leading that company through its two most profitable years ever. Since 2000, Mr. Brenner has maintained a consulting practice advising mid-sized businesses on acquisitions, growth strategy and profit improvement.
