Richard P. Brenner, MD
Richard P. Brenner, MD, is Professor of Neurology and Director of the EEG Laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA. He has authored over 60 publications and has served as a reviewer for a number of neurology journals, including Epilepsia, Neurology, and Clinical Neurophysiology. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Clinical Neurophysiology and was Medical Editor of the American Journal of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology from 2003 to 2006.
Dr. Brenner served as Director of the Clinical EEG Course for the American Academy of Neurology from 1991 to 1995, was co-Director of the annual American Epilepsy Society course in 2001, and was Director of the clinical EEG course for the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society (ACNS) from 2000 to 2003. He also served as President of the ACNS from 2005 to 2006. -
