   Mr. Brenner has been instrumental in business development and strategy for numerous companies. Most recently, Richard served as President of Cats USA Pest Control California. In this position, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and strategic planning and implementation for the company. He has also held senior-level positions at Takenaka & Company and Ernst & Young.
   
   "I am very excited to become part of such an innovative company," said Mr. Brenner. "PolyBrite International produces a technology that can be used in an endless amount of lighting applications. This offers me the challenge to get the product into a wide variety of markets. I look forward to using my past experience to further the PolyBrite International vision."
   
   Richard holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management and Policy Science from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Barbara, have relocated to Naperville, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
