   Rand E. Brenner is the Vice President of Licensing for Saban Entertainment , the largest independent producers of children's television programing.Mr. Brenner manages all aspects of the licensing programs for Saban's television shows.Key among the properties he is currently licensing are the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers TV show ( a worldwide licensing phenomenon ) , the Power Rangers Movie ( produced in conjunction with 20th Century Fox Film Corporation ) , Masked Rider ( airing on the Fox Network ) VR Troopers ( nationally syndicated ) , as well as new animated and live action program introduction for the fall of 1996.Mr. Brenner's activities include developing the licensing programs , and working closely with consumer product's manufacturers and promotional partners ( fast food restaurants , beverage and packaged foods companies ) in the U.S. , Canada and Mexico to implement those programs.
   
   Before joining Saban Entertainment , Mr. Brenner was the founder and President of FutureVision Licensing , a Los Angeles CA-basted consumer marketing firm which specialized in products and promotions emanating from motion pictures , television programs , animation entertainment and celebrities.Through FutureVision Licensing , Mr. Brenner provided its clients with marketing and licensing services on both national and international levels , including : marketing and licensing plans , market research , product evaluation , marketing proposals , product development , contract negotiations , manufacturer and retailer presentations.The firm maintained an extensive network of marketing contacts throughout the consumer products and retail industries.
   
   Prior to forming FutureVision Licensing in 1992 , Mr. Brenner was responsible for the licensing f theatrical , animation , television and publishing properties at Warner Bros. Consumer Merchandise division.His licensing activities involved such product categories as toy , apparel , video games , gifts and promotional items.Among the high level licensing programs were the motion pictures Batman , Batman II , and Robin Hood : Prince of Thieves ; animated properties such as Looney Tunes ( i.e. Bugs Bunny ) , Tiny Toon Adventures ( a Steven Spielberg-Warner Bros. creation ) , Beatlejuice ( Tim Burton/Warner Bros. ) and Batman Animated Cartoons and television series such as Full House and Family Matters.
   
   In addition , Mr. Brenner also has extensive experience in the advertising industry , having worked in account management , media and consumer product positions with such national agencies as Ogilvy & Mather and NW Ayer Advertising.
   
   A native of Los Angeles who now resides with his family in West Los Angeles , Mr. Brenner attended California State University in San Jose ( CA ) where he received a bachelor of arts degree in Advertising before matriculating to Pepperdine University from which he obtained a master's degree in Business Administration.Mr. Brenner is currently an adjunct faculty member with the University of Redlands ( CA ) and teaches courses on marketing.He also serves as a consultant to Income Builders International , Inc. , a national educational corporations , and is a guest lecturer on licensing at its Community Service seminars.Mr. Brenner is presently working for Crescent Moon Productions in the making of the feature Film Box office release of PC & THE WEB.
