Paul R. Brenner , a counsel in the New York office , concentrates in taxation.Prior to joining the firm , he was the Senior Partner of the Tax Department of Kelley Drye & Warren.He is a former lecturer in taxation at Fordham University School of Law , New York University Institute on Tax and Business Planning , the World Trade Institute , and is an author of numerous articles covering a variety of tax subjects.Mr. Brenner received his law degrees from Fordham University School of Law ( J.D. , 1967 , Law Review and Dean's List ) and New York University School of Law ( L.L.M. ( Taxation ) 1968 ) .He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida , before the United States Tax Court and various other federal courts.
