   Ms. Brenner is a partner in the Trial Section of Bracewell & Giuliani, where she practices in premises liability and products liability cases.Her premises case experience includes industrial and marine accidents from equipment failure and acute chemical exposure to vehicular accidents at the clients' facilities.Her products liability experience includes alleged defects in pharmaceuticals, latex gloves, chemicals, and heating control devices to claims of community exposure to pesticides.
   
   Ms. Brenner has recently been heavily involved in three large multiparty, multi-county litigation dockets.One is the benzene docket, another is the fen-phen docket, and the third is the phenylpropanolamine docket (a nationwide mass pharmaceutical tort docket).Additionally, she is currently counsel to a marine construction contractor in the welding fume litigation pending in various states.
   
   The welding fume and pharmaceutical litigation has provided extensive involvement in Multi-District litigation, removal practice, and large group defenses.Through Bracewell, Ms. Brenner has provided these clients with the efficiencies of utilizing attorneys and resources in our other offices in various cities around the state.
