   Liam is a CPA with operating and accounting & finance experience in manufacturing , value added distribution , and high technology companies. Most recently , Liam served as the VP Finance & Administration at Domania.com where he was instrumental in securing Series C financing and establishing the infrastructure and controls to scale the company to profitability. Prior to that he served as a consultant at The Recovery Group , a turnaround and crisis management firm , primarily working with private equity backed companies in need of corporate restructuring. While there he served in both advisory and direct reporting capacities. Liam also spent five years in public accounting where he worked in the entrepreneurial services practice at Ernst & Young LLP and performed litigation support and forensic accounting functions at Matson , Driscoll & Damico. Liam received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College.
