   Mr. Brenner brings with him over 20 years of financial and organizational management experience. A Baltimore native, Mr. Brenner has deep roots in the finance and business communities. His experience in the venture and business communities provides Breakaway with the tools it needs to successfully manage and grow.
   
   Immediately prior to joining Breakaway, Mr. Brenner served as Chief Financial Officer of Boulder Ventures, a $225 Million early stage venture fund with offices in Boulder, Colorado and Owings Mills, Maryland. The fund invests in IT infrastructure and software as well as biotechnologies. Mr. Brenner was responsible for both finance and administration, encompassing company valuations, reporting, distribution management and partner relations.
   
   Mr. Brenner also served as CFO and Chief Operations Officer for Chesapeake Commercial Properties, an established, diverse Maryland real estate organization. In addition to the responsibilities for financial management, reporting and tax practice, Mr. Brenner was instrumental in obtaining in excess of $100M of financing for a number of projects over 15 years. Mr. Brenner also co-led the initiative to re-capitalize the existing apartment development and management business, resulting in the eventual sale of these assets for $233M.
   
   Mr. Brenner holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and is a CPA.
