   Jason Brenner joined Lawrence Brenner in founding Brenner & Brenner, P.A following a period practicing civil and criminal litigation in Boston, Massachusetts.

   Jason Brenner attended Boston College Law School, where he finished in one of the school's top four mock trial teams in competition, and Guilford College, where he graduated with Highest Honors. Mr. Brenner served as Director of the El Paso Immigration Asylum Project and was awarded a Tannen Fellowship to practice poverty law with Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. Jason also interned with Greater Boston Legal Services and in the chambers of Federal District Court Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton (Massachusetts).

   Mr. Brenner has served as a guest instructor in trial advocacy courses at The University of North Carolina School of Law. Mr. Brenner grew up and resides in the Chapel Hill area and is admitted to practice in the States of North Carolina and Florida, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before the First and Fourth Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals. His publications include "Issues in Breast Cancer Litigation", which appeared in Breast Cancer: a Practical Guide (Elsevier Press, 2000) and "Malpractice and Moral Reasoning", an article published in The Orthopedic Medical Legal Advisor (Fall, 1997). Jason has also published articles dealing with joint and several liability and the loss of chance doctrine in different jurisdictions.
