   Ike Brenner is a seasoned technology executive, with extensive experience designing, building, integrating and deploying complex product solutions for demanding customers.
   
   Prior to joining Prematics, Mr. Brenner was the Senior Vice President, Operations and the Vice President, Marketing, Products & Services at OptiGlobe Communications. OptiGlobe is the recognized leader of mission-critical web-enabled IT outsourcing in Latin America. Mr. Brenner led the design, development and implementation of its first product catalog, which generated over $20 million in first-year revenue. With the product effort completed, he managed over 300 in-country employees across Latin America, drove operational efficiencies, and helped the company become EBITDA positive less than three years after launch.
   
   Before being acquired by OptiGlobe, Mr. Brenner served as CEO of Industry-E Corporation beginning with the company's founding in 1995. Under his leadership, the company recorded strong year over year growth and profitability with revenues exceeding $13.5 million and led a staff of over 70 technical professionals. Industry-E was recognized as one of the leaders in the evolution of Internet infrastructure through the design, build and deployment of intelligent and scalable product solutions for service providers and e-businesses. Additionally, Industry-E was a principal designer and integrator of some of the first very large corporate commerce and financial news-based web sites.
   
   Prior to founding Industry-E, Mr. Brenner was with the Genome Database (GDB) team at Johns Hopkins University. Established in 1990, GDB is the official central repository for genomic mapping data resulting from the Human Genome Initiative. Mr. Brenner was responsible for developing limited-search space applications and enabling GDB as one of the first public databases made available through a web interface.
   
   Previously, Mr. Brenner held a variety of technical and management positions with Motorola (NYSE: MOT) where he helped build the team that became responsible for the distributed and online development of manufacturing automation technology.
   
   Mr. Brenner did his Ph.D. work in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He earned his MS degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas and was a National Science Foundation fellow, completing his thesis work at Tskuba University in Japan. He received his BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biology from the University of Michigan.
