· Mr. Brenner suggested that the committees meet as necessary, and produce reports to the Council at the Council meetings. The Council is a committee driven Council and needs committee input to progress with its mission. Mr. Brenner asked to be notified of each Committee meeting and requested that each meeting generate an attendance record and a meeting summary. In addition, Mr. Brenner asked that each Committee Chairperson submit an electronic summary of the Committee meeting to Mr. Matuza on the Thursday before the Council meeting, in the interest of time and to keep the Council meeting at an acceptable time frame.
