   William J. Brennan, Jr. has more than 30 years experience in the tool and fastener industry. He joined the family business (W.J. Brennan Co.) and worked in the warehouse and as a driver for a short period before becoming a territory salesman and then being named sales manager in 1980. Bill purchased the company from family in 1991 and changed the name to Brennan Tools & Fastening System, Inc. He is currently sole owner and president of the company.
   
   Bill is involved in a number of local and regional business organizations including the Associated General Contractors, the Mason Contractors Association of St. Louis, and the Electrical Board of Trade of St. Louis. He currently serves on the Board of Public Works for the City of Ladue, Missouri and also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Midland States Bank.
   
   Over the years, Bill has also been involved with a number of charitable and social programs including the Life Crisis Service, the Learning Disabilities Association, the Animal Rescue Foundations and the Parish council of Annuziata Parish. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Deer Creek Club and the Board of Directors of the Knights of the Cauliflower Ear.
   
   Bill earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Loyola University.

   Founded in 1958 by William Brennan Sr., Brennan Tools and Fastening Systems is located in the heart of the country, St. Louis, Missouri. Brennan's son Bill joined him in 1976, and later bought the company from his father.
