He declined to provide details of the alleged incident because the victim is a juvenile.
Two others were charged in the incident. A juvenile male has already pleaded guilty, Brennan said. -

Police charged Breaker; Mark Wood, 19, of Pittsgrove, and a 16-year-old boy on April 2, said William Brennan, First Assistant County Prosecutor.
...
Brennan said his office learned of the alleged rape shortly after it happened.
"We handled like any other case," Brennan said. "We put together a file, developed records, and sent a rape kit to the lab."
The 16-year-old, whose name was withheld because he is a minor, pleaded guilty in August to a lesser charge related to the attack, Brennan said. He served a 15-day sentence, according to an Associated Press report.
Breaker faces 20 years in prison if convicted on the charges which include aggravated sexual assault, aggravated sexual contact, sexual assault and criminal restraint, Brennan said.
Brennan would not say whether the 16-year-old planned to testify against Breaker and Wood.
