   Neill Brennan - Neill has a Bachelor of Economics from University of Western Australia and a Masters of Commerce from University of New South Wales.Prior to forming AAM, he was employed by EIM UK Ltd (from October 2001 to July 2002) a company formed by Arki Busson in the early 1990's.It has approximately USD 5bn in Fund of Hedge Fund investments.His function was to assess potential investment in Hedge Funds through extensive analysis of their operational capabilities, investment strategy, risk management and trading.Prior to joining EIM he was employed with Salomon Smith Barney from October 1990 to July 2001.He was Managing Director for Quantitative Research in Australia from 1999 before taking up that role in the UK and Europe in 2000.His internal functions included chairing the investment committee to determine analyst stock recommendations and working with the sales desks on stock selection ideas as well as building trading and pricing systems for proprietary trading desks.
