Started by stating she was a former NAPS member. As former supervisor of mails and supervisor of delivery and collections she recognized the most difficult and important job of supervisors today. Megan spoke on the general state of the NE Area. She recognized the SENE District on a number of accomplishments such as service to our customers. Just recently SENE was recognized with the customer service Five Star Award with 101 of our offices recognized. SENE was just one of eleven nationally being recognized with this honor. She recognized our performance in city delivery, as we are 3rd in the country for performance efficiency. Megan stressed that there can be no compromise on service and that we need to provide consistent service. We have been struggling with overnight service, the Area is at 94.83. Megan requested our assistance in driving service. Megan spoke about the 24 hour clock. These metrics are readily understood.
