Lisa Brennan is an associate in the Chicago office of Clausen Miller, P.C.Lisa received her B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) in 1997.After graduation, she joined Teach For America and taught elementary special education in a low-income community in Louisiana for two years.
In 2002, Lisa graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a legal writing tutor and a member of the Juvenile and National Moot Court Teams and the Moot Court Board.Lisa remains an active alumna at Loyola where she currently teaches an appellate writing course for second year law students and participates as a judge for the moot court program.
Lisa joined Clausen Miller in 2002, immediately following graduation from law school.Her practice primarily involves the litigation defense of corporations, individuals, business entities, and insurance companies in a variety of complex claims, many of which evolve out of lawsuits for injuries to person and property or breach of contract.Lisa is admitted to practice in three states (Illinois, Michigan and Indiana), thereby often eliminating or minimizing the need for local counsel in those jurisdictions.Lisa has experience in medical malpractice, products liability, including toxic torts, premises liability, construction-related litigation, and liability insurance coverage.
