Linda is an ICDPA Senior Researcher.
Linda Brennan is currently a Lecturer in Marketing Management with the Department of Marketing , Monash University. Until July 1998 , Linda served as Deputy Head of Department responsible for the Department's operations at the Clayton campus where she developed a number of subjects and established a departmental presence on the campus.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Business ( Marketing ) Honours degree and a Graduate Diploma in Market Research. She is undertaking doctoral studies in marketing.
Prior to joining Monash , Linda spent 15 years in industry in a variety of roles involving sales and marketing management , quality control and managing retail and franchise operations. Her experience has been in business-to-business marketing with a focus on implementing new systems and procedures. Linda has a sound understanding of change management issues and functions well at all levels of organisation.
Linda's academic research expertise has centred around business-to-business marketing and customer satisfaction. She has been involved in a number of benchmarking studies for new and emerging areas where the parameters for best practice are not self evident or established by prior research. In particular , Linda focuses on researching marketing activities where the customer may not be readily identifiable or accessible to the business organisation.
Linda operates as an independent consultant to industry and specialises in the design and project management of market research projects for large and medium size enterprises. Relevant studies she has undertaken include :.
