LEE BRENNAN is a registered patent attorney practicing in the medical device, chemical and mechanical fields of invention.Ms. Brennan also practices in the area of trademark prosecution.Lee has a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and received her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota (1991).Prior to entering law school, Ms. Brennan worked as a chemist for a contract engineering firm.Ms. Brennan has served on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and as co-chair of the 1996 MSBA Annual Meeting.She has served as chair of the MSBA Art & Entertainment Law Section, and as Secretary and Board Member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association (MIPLA).She is also an active member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and has served on its governing council since 1992.She has chaired the HCBA Community Relations committee, and the HCBA Governance Committee and maintains her membership of the American Chemical Society.
