Kaitlyn is definitely a mover and shaker in Hastings County 4-H and has participated in a long list of Regional, Provincial, National and International 4-H Opportunities.She attended Future Talk as a delegate in 2004 and is currently a member of the Canadian 4-H Council Youth Committee Working Group.She also volunteers extensively in her community.

As a 4-H Ontario Youth Conference Assistant in 2005 she proved herself to be an organizer who pays attention to detail.This will definitely be an asset for her this year.Kaitlyn is a strong leader, a quick learner and is highly motivated.She attended Bayside Secondary School in Bellville and will be traveling to Calgary in September to pursue a post secondary education.
