   John BrennanJohn Brennan is vice president of human resources for Wind River.In this role, Brennan leads worldwide efforts for building the capabilities of Wind River's most critical resource its people.This includes building corporate culture, organizational and employee development, succession planning, compensation, human resource information systems, staffing, employee communications, benefits and operations and human resource generalist consulting.
   
   Prior to joining Wind River in 1999, Brennan served as Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Visa International.During his eight years with Visa, he held various roles within Human Resources, including HR responsibility for Visa's largest business unit, Global Support Services, which included software and product development, customer and product support and transaction processing.He has also led Visa's corporate compensation, benefits and HR information systems.Prior to joining Visa, Brennan held various human resource roles at Pacific Gas & Electric Enterprises and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
   
   Brennan received a B.A. degree from Hamilton College and Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
