Mr. Brennan is an entrepreneur , private investor , and director of a group of approximately 200 investors.The group concentrates on seed and early stage investments in software and Internet companies.Mr. Brennan has been working with the core members of the group for more than 15 years and has expanded the scope of its activities greatly during the last 9 years.The group has participated in a combination of founding , incubating and/or financing of 8 companies from mid-1999 through 2000.Mr. Brennan is currently serving as Executive Director of Business Development of Bluestreak , Inc. , one of the group's portfolio companies.Prior to these activities , Mr. Brennan was a founder and VP of Business Development of Bizfon Inc. , a developer and supplier of next-generation , software based telephone systems.Prior to then , he had been a founder and COO of CableSoft Corp. , of Burlington , MA ; a founder and VP Business Development of Puma Technology of San Jose , CA. , a publicly held company with a market capitalization of $1 Billion ; and of SystemSoft Corp. , formerly a public company with a market capitalization of $750 million.During the 1980's Mr. Brennan served successively as General Counsel of Apollo Computer Inc. , Interleaf , Inc. , and Phoenix Technologies , Ltd..He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ( 1967 ) and of Boston College Law School ( 1970 ).
