Emily was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated from Wake Forest University in 2000 with a B.A. in Politics.After graduation, Emily joined USSC where she was trained as a contract surety underwriter.After five years of valuable underwriting experience, including handling USSC's largest producing agency, Emily turned her focus to the claims side of the surety business.In May of 2005, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law with her J.D. and a concentration in Business Law.Emily now assists in on-going litigation and claims for USSC.She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is currently pursuing Bar Admittance in the District of Columbia.
