   Dan Brennan, who has a broad range of experience in managing bank relations and treasury functions, is also a Certified Public Accountant who has taught, and continues to teach, both accounting and auditing for MBA and undergraduate programs at the university level. As a special consultant to GLO CPAs, LLP, Dan provides clients with strategic guidance relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and taxation, and provides expertise as a member of the GLO Audit Technical Team.
   
   Dan received a B.B.A. in Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy & Taxation from the University of Houston, where he currently serves as a Professor of accounting and auditing at the Bauer College of Business. He is also an Independent Consultant providing consulting expertise on accounting systems conversion and accounting procedures for Fortune 500 companies.
   
   Prior to his consulting and teaching career at the University of Houston, Dan served as Vice President for AIM Management Group, Inc. in Houston, Texas. He managed bank relations and treasury functions, dealt with syndicate banks and negotiated bank and public debt financings. His experience leading up to his position for AIM included providing private tax work and accounting consulting for small businesses as a CPA, full financial and administrative responsibilities for midsize law firms, and serving as Senior Audit Manager of large SEC companies, specializing in retail and oil and gas companies.
