VICE CHAIRMAN MILLER: Mr. Brennan, you're in the same part of the business, aren't you, essentially?Are you coping with the same conditions in the time frame?MR.BRENNAN: Yes, we are.We're a packer and a processor in the Midwest, and we're faced with the same things.
VICE CHAIRMAN MILLER: So you were facing higher costs, but you weren't able to pass them on.Did you find you were ever able to pass them on?MR. BRENNAN: Yes.

So the problem in this case is that the staff report collected U.S. producer data from the U.S. packers, Bill Brennan.They got his shipments of carcasses and made those the unit of measurement for U.S. production and U.S. shipments, the U.S. packers' shipments of carcasses.

You've heard testimony by Mr. Casper and Mr. Brennan that they were able to pass on the grower and the feeder to the processor, pass on those increased prices, and the marketplace was accepting it.
