   Stine Rolstad Brenna has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Norwegian-based biopharmaceutical company Clavis Pharma ASA. She joins the company from a similar position in Avishuset Dagbladet AS, one of Norway's leading media and publishing houses. In addition to having overall financial responsibility at Dagbladet, Stine Rolstad Brenna was also strongly involved in business development and strategic projects and was in charge of all IR activities. As CFO, Rolstad Brenna will be a key member of Clavis Pharma's management team.
   
   Stine Rolstad Brenna has broad experience from several management positions in Norwegian businesses. She has been a director of Ringnes AS, where she was involved in business development, strategic planning, the IT strategy and development of financial reporting systems. She has also been the CFO of Firm AS. Prior to this, Stine Rolstad Brenna held several financial management positions at Orkla ASA and Norske Skog ASA, where her areas of responsibility included acquisitions, larger projects, external financing and international borrowing programmes.
   
   She has also held several non-executive directorships of other Norwegian companies.
