   Michael has been fully immersed in corporate, real estate and finance issues since the beginning of his law career. He frequently works on general corporate matters, business formations, transfers of assets and stocks, commercial real estate transactions, corporate and real estate finance transactions and Reg D., Rule 506 offerings. He also has experience in foreign share transfers and related regulatory compliance.
   
   In 2004, Michael was part of the team that handled a $300+ million merger, acquisition and restructuring in which we helped our client sell a majority of their interests in a global enterprise. In previous years, he participated in multiple corporate refinancing and restructuring transactions, as well as the acquisition of the Aramark Tower in Philadelphia and various commerical properties located throughout the Commonwealth.
   
   Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brenna was involved in a number of large acquisitions while working in New York City (1999-2000), including the $25 million stock purchase of a New England company, and various large asset and commercial real estate acquisitions and refinancings.
