   Ken Breneman, Fort Morgan street department superintendent, was recognized in a plaque presentation for his work implementing a Web-based street management system, IWORQ.
   
   He put all of the city's street information on the system.
   
   He also used a grant to buy street crack-sealing material made of recycled tires which is a better crack seal product and was purchased at a lower price than other products.
   
   Kevin Houck, an engineer for the Colorado Water Conservation Board, presented Breneman an American Public Works Association plaque recognizing him for his work and allowing the city to reduce its crack seal program costs.

   The Fort Morgan and Wiggins Rural Fire Departments were paged at 4:03 a.m., according to Fort Morgan Rural Fire Department spokesman Ken Breneman. Fort Morgan firefighters responded with four trucks and eight personnel while the Wiggins department responded with a pumper, a tender (a water tanker truck) and five firefighters. The fire departments were on scene for two hours and 37 minutes including extinguishing the fire, overhaul and salvage, Breneman said.
   
   The damage was listed by the departments as extreme.
