   Ron has over 30 years experience in Information Technology and telecommunications, covering all aspects from Computer Operations, Systems Analysis and Design, Project Management, General Management, Strategy Development and Implementation. In addition, he has considerable experience in implementing large Telecommunications and Distributed Processing systems worldwide. He has worked extensively in the UK, Europe and USA on a variety of assignments in both current and emerging technologies.
   
   Previously, Ron was Managing Director of BMS from its inception in 1987, and successfully led the rapid development of this company, culminating in the successful merger in 1992 with Group Bossard, a large and highly successful International Management Consultancy. He was appointed to the main Group Bossard Board in 1992, and then as a VP and member of the Management Committee of Gemini Consulting after the acquisition of Bossard by Cap Gemini in January 1997. He has also chaired a number of successful start-ups over the last 10 years.
   
   Ron has gained sound company development skills over the past years and joined AdvancedWave as Chairman during January 1999.
