Brender will also conduct on-field interviews with players that will be broadcast over the Epicenter's public-address system.
Residents should get to the stadium by 8:30 or 9 a.m. to secure a seat in the stands, Brender said.Parking will be free for the event.The Epicenter, 8408 Rochester Ave., can hold about 6,600 people.
Last year was the Quakes' first season as an affiliate of the Angels.The Quakes had been an affiliate of the San Diego Padres since 1993, when the minor-league club was founded.

The Quakes, Brender said, hope that the public workout reminds residents of the Quakes' close relationship with the neighboring Anaheim Angels, which often send players rehabilitating injuries to play for the Quakes.
''The more people that come here and see the product we're affiliated with, the more fans we'll bring in,'' Brender said. ''It just further strengthens the relationship between the Quakes, the Angels and our fans.''
The Rancho Cucamonga City Council approved a motion Jan. 16 to allow the Quakes to use the city-owned Epicenter rent free on Feb. 2 and Feb. 6.
The Angels will hold a workout Feb. 6 for Quakes sponsors, season-ticket holders and local leaders, according to a city staff report.
