    Brenchley Appointed to First Citizens National Bank Local Board in Canton

    July 26, 2004 - MANSFIELD, PA (June 2004)…First Citizens National Bank announces John Brenchley has been appointed to the Local Advisory Board for the Canton Community Office.

    Brenchley is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and went on to earn his Master's Degree in Accounting from Loyola College.He has taken and passed both the CPA and CMA exams and is currently the Director of Management Services of BLaST Intermediate Unit #17 in Granville, PA.He has also held the positions of Business Manager of Canton Area School District, Capital Markets Analyst for Baltimore Gas and Electric, Accounts Receivable Manager/Acquisition Accountant of Pepsi Cola Eastern Division, and Corporate Financial Planner for Westinghouse Electric.

    As a member of the advisory board, Brenchley will attend public functions or informational forums designed to inform or educate existing and new customers, identify, capture, and support.He will also be responsible for targeting customer relationships that create shareholder value, and participate in seminars to improve his knowledge in the field of banking and share such knowledge with other board members.

    Brenchley is an active member in many organizations in his community.He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials as well as the Susquehanna Valley Association of School Business Officials where he holds the position of Vice President.He is active with the Green Free Library, Canton Lions Club, Canton Nursing Foundation, Western Bradford County Development Association, the Penn State Alumni Association, and St. Michael's Catholic Church.

    Brenchley resides in Leroy Township with his wife, Kim, and their two children, Megan and Max.
