   Tracey joined the Manitoba Lotteries Corporation (MLC) in 1997 and has been a member of the Human Resources team for the past seven years. As a Manager, Human Resources, Tracey leads the team of professionals responsible for Recruitment & Selection for MLC.
   
   In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Tracey completed a Management Studies Certificate in Human Resources, and received her CHRP designation in 2005.
   
   Tracey is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Manitoba (HRMAM) where she actively volunteers. She served on the Board of Directors in an acting capacity as the Director of Membership Services in 2005.
