   Terry Bremner, who established Wellbrook, intends to turn it into a destination, with everything from a petting zoo to antiques.
   
   The winery tasting room is in a beautifully restored building in which the farm's original owners once put grain. Bremner has retained the high ceiling and many of the original beams and boards. Merchandise is displayed in an old cart. There is a period fire place. On the walls, there are displays of the history of the farm and of Delta.
   
   Next to the tasting room is one of the largest and oldest barns in Delta. When Bremner bought the farm a few years ago, the barn in very rough shape. Two renovation firms that he approached refused the job because they feared the barn would come down on the heads of their workers. So Bremner and an equally foolhardy friend did the repairs themselves, living to tell about it. Now the barn is safe and will be used to show off antiques.
   
   The tasting room will appeal to non-drinkers of wine. Bremner has a second business, Bremner Foods Ltd., that produces fresh cranberry and blueberry juice of very high quality.
