Kim N. Bregman offers almost 30 years of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience in diverse areas of business and technology including finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory management and residential and commercial real estate. Kim brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding the management challenges faced by multi-national corporations, small start-up companies and sole proprietorships. Beginning her career with IBM in Raleigh, North Carolina following graduate school, Kim became a purchasing manager, and then transferred to Boca Raton, Florida where she worked as the Administrative Assistant to the plant manager of the manufacturing facility at the peak of its personal computer operation, priced the PC products in the finance department, and rotated through numerous special assignments designed to fast-track employees to the ranks of executive management. When IBM relocated its personal computer business to Austin, Texas and other locations around the country, Kim chose to remain in Boca Raton and left IBM to begin Turnkey Operations of Palm Beach County, a consulting business specializing in the relocation and office establishment of businesses to South Florida and Optima Properties, a real estate brokerage company. As part of her consulting business she assisted in the management of a variety of businesses including a public golf course, retail clothing store, microwave tower leasing endeavor, an executive office management and leasing company, and relocated law firms, financial services companies, brokerage firms and numerous corporate executives. Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of entrepreneurial qualifications, including operations and general management core competencies, Kim demonstrated her business flexibility in responding to changing market conditions by establishing an Internet publishing company, IPC/Harbinger, Inc. that was founded in 1995 at the beginning of the introduction of consumer content on the web. Five years later, with the infusion of capital from a venture firm, Niche Directories, LLC was formed and Kim was named CEO and Chairman of the Board of a company that went onto publish a variety of family content Internet directories including KidsCamps.com, CampJobs.com, GrownUpCamps.com, et. al. After the sale of her interest in NicheDirectoreis, LLC Kim returned to focusing on her experience in the Florida real estate business over the last twenty four years, as a Exclusive Buyer Broker and combining that knowledge with the second home and retirement market for Floridians moving to North Carolina, Kim obtained her Brokers license in North Carolina, where she owns a home and investment properties. Kim now works with Buyers in both Florida and North Carolina with assisting in locating suitable residential, commercial, rental, and investment properties. Kim has always been very civic minded. She is a volunteer for the United Way of Palm Beach County and has served on the Board of Congregation B'nai Israel and The Lupus Foundation of America, Southeast Florida Chapter, as well as numerous fundraising and event committees for The Center for Information and Crisis Services, Pine Crest School, The Children's Place, and Jewish Family Services. Kim earned her both her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Agriculture and Food Sciences from the University of Florida.
