Mr. Braukman has a business degree from the University of Cincinnati with postgraduate work in economics from the same University.Mr. Braukman has also participated in several seminars pertaining to personnel, motivation, and financing, including seminars at Harvard University and Wharton School of Business.He was vice president of two major shipyards and has therefore extensive experience in shipyard management.He was also director of engineering of a major tug/barge operator with a repair budget in excess of $20,000,000.00 per year.
