    On Saturday, November 10, 2006, Morton R. Branzburg of the law firm Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP, spoke at the 18th Annual NAPABA Convention (National Asian Pacific American Bar Association), which was attended by over 700 attorneys from across the country. His topic involved the intersection between bankruptcy law and the law of Intellectual Property. In that lecture, he discussed how attorneys can best represent licensors and licensees when negotiating intellectual property license agreements in light of possible bankruptcy risks. He also discussed strategies to be employed in bankruptcy proceedings by entities holding interests in intellectual property.
