Lisa leads the Operations at Strategic Healthcare Consulting Group, LLC. She brings to Strategic Healthcare a diverse background that includes administrative functions of a community- based hospital and academic medical centers as well as participation in orthopedic private practice.

Prior to joining Strategic Healthcare Consulting Group, Lisa was Operations Director at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis where she led the Center for Joint Replacement, Spine Center and Fracture Management Service. She led the Center for Joint Replacement to Disease Specific Certification for the Joint Commission in 2005 and recertification in 2007. She was the executive co-sponsor of a research clinical database/repository project in 2008-2009. Lisa led an efficiency seminar for St. Vincent where other institutions nationally visit to learn about the processes and techniques that have brought the program to national acclaim.

Lisa has a Masters degree from Ball State University in Healthcare Management and BS Community Health Education and an AS in Dental Hygiene. Lisa has presented her findings at several national meetings. She is a member of several national societies including the AAOS, AMA, AAPA, ADHA. She is on the boards of several civic organizations including Thera-Pets of Indiana and also Safe Sitter.

Lisa M. Brandt, RDH, MS Lisa Brandt is the director of the St.Vincent Center for Joint Replacement. She has a master's degree in wellness management from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., and a bachelor of science degree in health occupation education from Indiana University in Indianapolis. She also has an associate's degree in dental hygiene from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Ind.

Prior to her role at St.Vincent, Lisa was a healthcare consultant in Illinois. She also worked as an executive director of Northwestern University Oral Health Center in Chicago and was assistant professor at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois.

Lisa has expertise in practice management, new business development and working with physician teams. She oversees the Center's clinical and operational issues to ensure patients are receiving extraordinary care.
