Lew is a PhD Economist who also holds a MPA in Development Economics from Harvard University.He has worked for over twenty years as a Private Sector Participation (PSP) Expert and Infrastructure Development Specialist.He has experience in project finance and PSP design in such countries as South Africa, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Uganda, Egypt, Poland, Estonia, Ireland, Mexico, Mongolia, Croatia, Indodesia, and the Philippines.He speaks fluent Spanish and Bahasa.
