I am writing this to applaud Karen Branch on the way she conducted herself during the selling of my home. My ex husband and I had decided to go our separate ways and on informing Karen of our pending transition she bent over backwards to ensure both of us were kept fuly informed on the whole process.

She gave us separate phone calls and sent us individual documentation and was very professional in her approach to our situation while at the same time made us feel very comfortable when we all met to discuss the sale.

When Karen first saw the house and on asking us what price we were looking for , she immediately suggested investors which was also my avenue, so I knew then I had made the right choice in Carey's and Karen.

I would highly recommend Karen for any career prospect she chooses. Karen is professional, in touch with the needs of her clients and knows how to get the job done. Although I did speak to other Real Estate agents, I would now go no further than Karen Branch at Carey First National.
