Bradford, the site layout/security committee organizer for the event, said the ongoing closures were necessary to accomodate two permanent entertainment stages and vendors.
He said Wednesday the plan is to close West Center Street on Friday at 3 p.m. to South Franklin Street to the alley at Wall.
East Center Street will be closed at the same time from the Circle to Wall for the band stage construction.North Commerce Avenue will be closed 3 p.m. Friday from Pomegranate to Wall for band stage construction.
Traffic around the Circle will be allowed to flow on North and South Ridgewood Drive until 5:30 p.m., and the road will reopen at 11 p.m.
The same streets will be closed Saturday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., including Ridgewood Drive from Pine to Mango, Bradford said.On Sunday there will be no street closings.
Bradford said he is expecting 15,000 people, but "It's hard to really tell."
He said a similar event in Leesburg this year in April drew 100,000 people.
They're real popular," he said."We hope to put Sebring on the map.Well, it's already on the map."
There will be room for 97 vendors, he said.
During the council meeting Bradford said they are planning a parade for Sunday, following a blessing of the bikes at 10 a.m.
