Kevin Bradford was a homeless veteran, battling alcohol and drug addictions that started when he was a young man in the military.One day Kevin heard two men talking about St. Patrick Center and our veterans program (HVRP).Kevin says a light went on, and he made a commitment to change his life.Today, Kevin is making more than 17 dollars an hour as a chemical lab tech for Stellar Manufacturing in Sauget.He's been clean and sober for two and a half years.Kevin and his fiancé Joyce have a home in Cahokia and play to marry in August 2007.
