With current responsibilities for the Institutions Department, Earl joined the Polacheck Company in 1991.As a Commercial Real Estate Broker.His initial experience with Polacheck was with the Office Properties Group specializing in sales and leasing of Office Buildings.Earl has had extensive experiences representing a diverse group of both public and private clientele.His broad expertice has included: Public Entities; Representative for State of Wisconsin; Milwaukee County & Milwaukee Public Schools.As well as representation of Private Entities: American Family Mutual Insurance Company; Amerivoice Telecommunications & Effective Management Systems.Earl is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM and the President of Milwaukee Forum.He serves as a member for several committees: Zoning Code Task Force, City of Milwaukee; State of Wisconsin Department of Regulations & Licensing Board and the Real Estate Contractual Form Advisory Board.In January 2001, Earl was an Ambassador Delegate for the People to People Housing and Land Use Delagation to the Republic of Cuba.
