DETROIT -- Judge David Martin Bradfield is being indefinitely suspended from the Detroit district court bench and is ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation that could affect whether he should ever get his job back.
The Michigan Supreme Court on Thursday ordered Bradfield off the job after completing his work Friday.His suspension, following a hearing on the latest in a string of complaints about tantrums, is unpaid.
