    Jim Boyle has been in the Information Technology industry for his entire 35-year career. Beginning with Wang Laboratories, Inc., he has held positions ranging from Field Technician to Director of Worldwide Repair and Remanufacturing. From Wang, Jim moved to TRW's Customer Service Division (CSD) which was eventually acquired by Vanstar Corp. As General Manager of the Mainframe Services business, Jim successfully divested this business and assumed responsibility for Field Operations as Vice President of Customer Service, in CSD where he directed the network operations centers (NOC), desktop services, logistics, as well as purchasing and help desk operations.

    More recently, Jim was with Dell, Inc., serving as Director of Customer Services and Director of Distribution Services. There, he oversaw the development and implementation of a large scale distribution management system that still controls the planning and fulfillment operations responsible for Dell's domestic after market parts distribution transactions.
