Opened in 2006 by an affiliate of ATCO Properties and Management, the project is a nationally recognized urban brownfields redevelopment that involved the adaptive re-use (for entertainment and retail/restaurant) of approximately 12-acres of a large industrial and warehouse site that had been in operation for over a century. Boyle's responsibilities involve property operations, organizational management, facilities management, financial management, merchant relations, PR and community relations and other duties.

From 1998 to 2005, Jim worked for Westfield Corporation's Airport Business Division as General Manager of the award-winning redevelopment of the concession program at Newark Liberty International Airport. This project was the flagship property of the Westfield Airport portfolio and involved the complete redevelopment of 110 retail and food concession locations.
