Dr. Boyle served as Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Technology Division of Secure Computing Corporation, where he was responsible for commercial product development in addition to government R&D contracts and custom product development, federal sales, and starting the company's professional services business unit.

Dr. Boyle has extensive experience in all aspects of information systems, networking, computer security and telecommunications design, which includes software design and development, systems engineering and integration, and long-term involvement specifically with Internet security.Dr. Boyle holds Ph.D. and M.C.S. degrees in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
