Vernon BoydVernon Boyd is an internationally certified Speed and Agility coach through S.A.C. Canada/USA.He develops all Xtreme Acceleration speed and agility programs, designs/conducts all multi-sport speed camps, including NFL Combine camps, and is a contributing coach for S.A.C. Canada/USA.

Vernon Boyd has coached and participated in amateur and professional sports for over 15 years.He is a former University of Maryland Track and Field Athlete of the Year, All-Atlantic Coast Conference and IC4A Track and Field standout, University of Maryland Football Player, and Virginia High School All-State 100-meter champion.He works with players from the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, and MLB.
